For instance, in Saigon, you get a lot of rooftop glamour and views that stretch into the darkness, while Da Nang is heavy on beachside energy. Hanoi, on the other hand, is more intimate with hidden gems around the corner.

Chill Skybar and Dining is one of those high-end rooftop bar experiences in Saigon. In fact, the bar was the first in Vietnam to come up with the “skybar” concept, which made it a must-visit experience for travellers.
It’s a fusion of lounge/club experience and dining in one venue. When it opens in the early evening, it tends to cater to those who want a chill start to the evening with cocktails and sunset. Then it becomes more energetic with DJs and party music later in the night.
Their beverages, especially the cocktails, are inventive and made from fresh local ingredients. There’s also a variety of premium spirits, champagne, and wines.
And every day from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM (happy hour), you can enjoy most of their drinks and snacks for half the price.
You can reserve a table for free, although on some tables (standard bar, VIP, etc.), there are minimum spend rules.
The bar also enforces a strict dress code: no flip flops, no shorts, no tank tops.

“We spent New Year’s Eve 2025 at Chill Sky Lounge, and it was amazing! The atmosphere was lively and fun, yes, it was a bit crowded (as expected for NYE), but the music was fantastic and the DJs were super friendly and kept the energy going all night. The crowd was international and upbeat. The celebration itself was unforgettable; we had champagne showers and balloons, which made the night feel so festive and the perfect way to welcome the New Year. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Even with how busy it was, they were incredibly caring, attentive, and warm throughout the night. They checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even fantastic. I don’t remember all of their names, but I’m glad I captured a photo with them in my post; they deserve the recognition. Thank you for the incredible service! Elixir is a gem if you’re looking for a chill and relaxed night out (plus pretty servers).
It’s smaller compared to other bars in Saigon, but just as lively — DJs, hype music, and great drinks. Not to mention the staff interact with the guests all the time and wear themed costumes inspired by the countries around the world.
It’s not your typical dance club, but rather a place with a lot of chats and socialization. But you’re free to dance if you like!
Their drinks selection is great as well: signature cocktails, wines, liquors, and they even offer shisha for customers who enjoy it.
Sometimes, they have fun games like darts and balloons.
They don’t have an extensive food menu, but they do serve some bar snacks and provide a fruit platter if you take advantage of their packages.
I really love the DJ space and the atmosphere here.

For the food menu, Cloud Sky serves authentic Vietnamese dishes that appeal to many visitors who want a proper meal before the drinks.
