Customer Reviews:

Great customer service, a host of “package options” for buying contact lenses, frames and glasses. Tons of options for both prescription lenses and sunglasses. On the second floor above, they have a world class optician center that has staff fluent in both Vietnamese and English. Fully licensed doctors available with appointments. They also provide free water refill from large water bottle; thank you for a sustainable option!

First contact from Australia via watsapp with Dr JD. Very informative friendly and professional service.

The team quickly found a perfect solution for a complicated astigmatism prescription for me a 53 year old man

After arriving in Vietnam from Australia I found excellent communication and awesome friendly service from Dr JD and all staff.

7 days after my initial consultation my vision is 20/15 I really could not be happier with the results.

Surgery 8-2025

I am now 6+ months out from my prelex surgery. European Eye Center and Dr Ferweda are top notch. Deeply knowledgable, very accommodating, and gave me a high level trust throughout the process. My result now? No glasses, minimal haloing at night when driving and reading (I was far sited) is crystal clear at 12 inches from my face. Thank you all!

Residents and visitors in the central coastal area need reliable healthcare access without having to travel to the larger metropolitan hubs. Bệnh Viện Mắt Việt An Đà Nẵng serves as a central hub for advanced, comprehensive visual health solutions right in the heart of the region.

A friend of mine visited this hospital for a sudden eye infection, and she was thoroughly impressed by their dedicated, localized medical staff. They offer a wide spectrum of specialized treatments in a very comfortable environment.

Unfortunately, since it is a major regional facility, it frequently experiences high patient volumes during peak morning hours, which can lead to crowded waiting areas. Despite the morning rush, their ample capacity and extensive routine screenings ensure you receive thorough care.

Pros

  • Convenient central coastal location
  • Wide spectrum of specialized treatments
  • Dedicated and experienced local staff
  • Comfortable patient care environments

Cons

  • Crowded waiting areas
  • High morning patient volumes

Customer Reviews:

Had a very good experience at this hospital. The service was efficient and well-organized, and the doctor was extremely patience taking time to explain everything in detail and answer all our questions. The examination and consultation for my left eye infection cost 500k VND.

Ben Poo | Google Review

Went here after receiving suspect information from an eyewear store optometrist and new glasses that gave me a headache. Glad I did. I received an immediate exam and a doctor consultation. Turns out my condition is much different – and better – than I was told by the eyewear store. Very reasonable cost for professional and unbiased service. Adequate English speaking staff and doctor.

Facing a complex vision issue often requires the robust infrastructure of a full-scale medical institution rather than a small clinic. DND International Eye Hospital delivers world-class surgical and medical ophthalmic care using the latest global medical advancements right in a comprehensive hospital setting.

Customer Reviews:

I had an outstanding experience at International Eye Hospital at Bui Thi Xuan. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly organized. The doctors were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly. I will recommend for my family and friends.

We went there when my husband was worried about a retinal tear in his eye. They ran lots of tests on modern equipment, we saw a regular ophthalmologist and a retinal specialist and they explained everything very well, it wasn’t a retinal tear. They gave him prescriptions for vitamins that we looked up and are well documented to be beneficial for eye health, total cost for everything was $94.00. Great experience!
