I was actually walking through the area on my second day here in Hanoi, and saw their salon because it looked really cozy and clean inside. Was looking for a hair treatment this trip so it was perfect! They recommended the No 003 hair treatment for me and we did that, the staff were all very friendly and nice. From hair wash, to head massage, small treats (tea/yogurt) were all so thoughtful. The team at hair bar were great! It took 4 hours for highlights/lowlights, but they made sure they knew exactly what I wanted at the start, clear on what the cost would be and made the whole experience as comfortable and professional as possible.
