This dentist is so good! They are so helpful, responsive and efficient. They helped make me a replacement retainer which I was due to pick up on my return to hanoi before leaving to my home country. My flight to hanoi was delayed meaning I would have time to collect so they helped arrange for someone to drop it to me at the airport. It was the best service ever and I am truly grateful! I also got a cleaning and home whitening done with them, which were very reasonably priced and quick to arrange.

I have been coming here for years. This is the best Dental Clinic in Hanoi. The staff is very welcoming and answers all of your questions and makes sure you understand everything. The entire experience was wonderful and painless. This clinic is extremely modern, and my dentist (Dr. Anna) and her staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone is highly trained, experienced, and professional. And the Customer Service staff (AKA: Charlie’s Angels) is professional and incredibly friendly! They put a smile on my face as soon as I walk through the door! My only regret is that I am not going to see them again for 3 months!
