The 5 Best Nursing Homes in Vietnam for Safe, Compassionate Care
Choosing care for an aging parent is never easy.
Finding the best nursing home in Vietnam means weighing medical support, daily comfort, and the kind of environment a family can genuinely trust.
I know how stressful that search can get, especially when you’re comparing long-term boarding, rehabilitation, and daycare services at the same time.
To help you out, I created this guide. Read my reviews to narrow the field and compare providers that stand out for safety, recovery support, and overall quality of care, without getting overwhelmed.
How much does staying at a nursing home cost in Vietnam?
Nursing homes in Vietnam typically range from VND 8 million to over VND 20 million per month, depending on the location and the level of care required.

1. Binh My Nursing Home

Address: 3D Street 171, Hamlet 5, Binh My Commune, Ho Chi Minh City
Contact: 0789 7575 39 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Sunday, 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Pioneering elderly care takes a lot of trust, and Binh My Nursing Home brings more than 14 years of experience to the sector. It also operates a fully licensed in-house clinic and a 24-hour on-call emergency ambulance system.
I was impressed by how much of their care model is built around recovery rather than just supervision. For example, the team includes physical therapists and psychological support specialists, which makes the care feel more rounded.
Families dealing with stroke recovery or Alzheimer’s disease may find their tailored programs especially useful. Plus, the campus itself is a quiet green space designed to help residents relax safely.
On the downside, all five of its branches are in Ho Chi Minh City. Families in northern or central Vietnam may find regular visits much harder.

2. Yuzankai

Website:https://yuzankai.vn/
Address: Liêm Tuyền, Ninh Bình
Contact: 039 721 8995 / 096 252 1066 | [email protected]
Hours: Available 24/7
Yuzankai stands out because it follows a premium Japanese-standard nursing model that puts a strong focus on structure, dignity, and safety. I love how each resident room here includes an automatic lifting bed system for better mobility support.
When I looked through their setup, the bathrooms stood out right away. Grab bars and anti-slip flooring make a lot of sense for fall prevention, especially for seniors with limited balance.
They also provide intensive post-stroke rehabilitation, regular physical therapy, and tailored nutrition plans. Also, their flexible daytime and short-term care can be a real help for families who only need support during work hours.
However, you must note that their primary facility is in Ha Nam province. Families based in central Hanoi may face a much longer commute.

I was surprised to find the interior as beautiful as a hotel.
I visited the institute, had a meal, and participated in a free trial as part of a program. My initial impression was that the exterior had few trees, but I was surprised to find the interior as beautiful as a hotel. The staff were also very polite and enthusiastic. Thank you to the institute for welcoming my family on June 13th!

3. DAMOCA Nursing Home

Website:https://damocahomecare.com/
Address: 990 Le Van Luong Street, Nhon Duc Ward, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City
Contact: 084 977 775 609 | [email protected]
Hours: Available 24/7
DAMOCA Nursing Home stands out for families who would rather keep an older parent at home than move them into full-time boarding.
Their model centers on sending medical professionals out for in-home care and hospital support. With this, seniors can receive help with everything from suture removal to general health examinations without the strain of repeated transport.
Families can access health care services right in their living rooms, and the doctors and nurses are trained specifically for home-based care.
They also provide dedicated nursing support inside city hospitals, which can ease a lot of pressure on relatives during longer treatment periods.
However, this place isn’t the best fit for families looking for a traditional boarding facility, and the base in Nha Be can feel isolated for households outside the Ho Chi Minh City area.
4. Viện Điều Trị Nghỉ Dưỡng FDC

Website:http://fdcmedical.vn/
Address: Long Phu, Hoa Thach, Quoc Oai, Ha Noi
Contact: 096 583 7777 | [email protected]
Hours: Available 24/7
Viện Điều Trị Nghỉ Dưỡng FDC blends modern nursing care with traditional medicine (Y học cổ truyền, or YHCT). This place stands out because it leans into a resort-style setting instead of a standard institutional feel.
There’s even an in-house family doctor system here that gives long-term care a more centralized structure. If families need counseling services to develop a care plan, the staff offers flexible support for both inpatient and outpatient care.
The best part for me, though, is the focus on post-hospital recovery. Their programs are built to help seniors regain function and move back toward independent living, while YHCT-based therapies may help manage chronic pain more gently.
However, given the resort-style environment and broader medical setup, it makes sense that it’s more expensive than a standard assisted living center.

5. Nursing OriHome CS1

Website:https://orihome.com.vn/
Address: 5N7 TT5 Bac Linh Dam, Dai Kim Ward, Ha Noi
Contact: 096 885 0101 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Nursing OriHome CS1 works with Polaris Japan and uses an independence-support model to help seniors maintain or regain daily functioning. Its central Hanoi location also makes family visits easier than some of the more remote facilities in this guide.
A family I spoke with said the non-invasive, drug-free physical therapy was one of the main reasons they chose this facility.
Another strength is the social side of care. Residents are grouped into a club-like environment with peers, which can support mood, routine, and daily interaction.
I also appreciate that this facility can also accommodate more complex cases, including residents who are bedridden or need tube feeding. They even have temporary relief care, which is also useful for families who need short-term help while traveling.
The main drawback, however, is the visiting policy. Midday no-visitor hours can clash with common lunch breaks, making quick daytime visits harder.
