The 5 Best Yoga Classes in Hanoi for Your Mind and Body

Class Variety and Quality: I looked at the range of styles and the expertise of the instructors leading them. A great studio should support different skill levels while still keeping teaching standards strong.

Facilities and Atmosphere: The environment affects how relaxed and focused a session feels. I considered whether each space seemed clean, well-equipped, and comfortable enough for regular practice.

Accessibility and Location: A studio is easier to stick with when it fits into your routine or travel plans. I considered how simple it is to reach the location and navigate the immediate area.

Overall Value: I weighed the costs of drop-ins and memberships against the quality of the service provided. Good value matters because a sustainable practice should not feel financially stressful.

Finding the right yoga class in Hanoi can make the city feel a little easier to breathe in, especially when the traffic, heat, and packed schedule start to pile up.

Whether you’re a stressed professional or someone building a more consistent wellness routine, the right studio can help you slow down and feel more balanced day to day.

Some places focus on gentle flow and relaxation, while others offer more strength-based or structured practices depending on your goals.

To narrow things down, I looked through local options that feel welcoming, practical, and suitable for different experience levels. Here is a list of yoga classes in Hanoi worth considering, based on atmosphere, instruction quality, and overall accessibility.

1. Yoga Lab Hanoi | Yoga Lab Studio

Website:https://www.yogalabhanoi.com/

Address: 19-21 ngõ Yên Ninh Ha Noi, Ba Đình

Contact: [email protected] | +84 866 956 514

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Yoga Lab feels like the kind of studio you look for when Hanoi starts feeling too loud. It combines traditional yoga with modern wellness work, so the schedule feels more layered than a basic stretch class.

A friend of mine who practically lives at this studio always talks about the calm vibe and the instructors’ range.

The studio offers classic Vinyasa, grounded yoga, animal movement, sound healing, and energy-focused sessions. This makes it easy to try different styles without hopping between places.

Another small plus is that mats, fresh towels, and drinking water are provided, so you do not need to carry much.

The only real catch is the location. It is tucked deep inside a local alleyway, so first-time visitors may need extra time to find it.

Once you do, though, it feels like one of the stronger yoga classes in Vietnam.

Pros

  • Multiple movement styles offered
  • Fully equipped practice spaces
  • Experienced and diverse instructors
  • Supportive community environment

Cons

  • Tricky alleyway location

A much-needed escape from the busy streets

Participated in grounded yoga, it was much needed escape from the busy streets of Hanoi. The instructor spoke in both English & Vietnamese, it was really easy to follow. I would recommend for beginners to advanced as you are given different options depending on your limits.

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing

I visited Yoga Lab for the first time today and can’t wait to go back tomorrow! The space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The class was well paced with very clear, bilingual instruction. Signing up ahead of time is required, as spaces fill up. Highly recommend this lovely studio in Hanoi.

2. OM Factory Hanoi – School of Yoga

Website:https://www.omfactory.vn/

Address: 59 Trieu Viet Vuong Street

Contact: 0369 392 296 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday-Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

OM Factory Hanoi works well if you want a studio with a more structured, international feel. As an extension of a New York City yoga brand, it brings a polished school-style setup to the local scene without feeling too stiff.

The schedule is broad enough for beginners, regular practitioners, and people thinking about teacher training. I like that travelers can also use flexible pass options, which makes it easier to drop in without committing to a long membership.

The teaching standard is one of its biggest strengths. Classes are guided by trained professionals, and the studio feels especially useful if you want clear sequencing and a steady routine.

The downside is popularity. Evening sessions after work can get crowded, so you may not get as much individual attention from the instructor during peak hours.

Pros

  • International teacher training courses
  • Rigorous global teaching standards
  • Specialized classes for all levels
  • Flexible drop-in pass options

Cons

  • Crowded after-work classes
  • Limited individualized adjustments at peak hours

3. Zenith Yoga

Address: No. 99b, 2nd floor, Westlake Building, Au Co Street, Tay Ho District

Contact: 0904 356 561 | 090 346 8088 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday, 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM; Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM; Friday, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Zenith Yoga has the settled confidence of a studio that has been around for years. With more than a decade of operation, it combines traditional yoga, expert-led Pilates, and a teacher training school into one thoughtful practice space.

I dropped by for a morning session and immediately noticed the international feel of the community. The instructors were clear with their cues, which helped me understand the mechanics behind each movement instead of just copying shapes.

The bilingual instruction also makes the studio friendly for expats and visitors who are still getting comfortable in Hanoi.

The main thing to plan around is parking. The Tay Ho building can get tight, especially during busy weekend workshops. Arriving early helps, but it is still something to keep in mind if you are driving yourself.

Pros

  • Over a decade of operation
  • Expert-led Pilates classes
  • Bilingual instruction for expats
  • Integrated teacher training school

Cons

  • Tight building parking space
  • Very busy during weekend workshops

My favorite place to practice Yoga and Pilates

This is my favorite place to practice Yoga and Pilates. The teachers are highly qualified and always take attentive care of each student. They offer both group and private classes. They also have a special Pilates room with all equipment like Reformers, Chairs, Cadillac. Surroundings are lots of greens which bring the true zen every time I come.

A wonderful studio

Zenith is a wonderful studio. It’s great thanks to their professional teachers but also for the people and the atmosphere. I originally came in for pilates and fell in love with yoga. Highly recommend it!

 4. Pilates House Hanoi

Website:https://tpilateshanoi.com/

Address: 1 P. Pham Huy Thong, Ngoc Khanh, Ba Dinh

Contact: +84 089 665 0865 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pilates House Hanoi is not a casual studio where you just follow along and hope for the best. It is guided by a highly qualified Second-Generation Master instructor.

The focus is clearly on alignment, clinical core strength, and safe movement. This makes the studio especially helpful for anyone dealing with posture issues or injury recovery.

The team offers postural analysis, supervised rehabilitation, and specialized methods like scar release techniques. That’s why each session feels more targeted than a standard fitness class.

For someone recovering from a sports injury, perhaps from practicing martial arts in Vietnam, that level of detail can be a huge relief.

The drawback is cost. Because the coaching is specialized and master-led, session rates sit in a premium tier compared with regular neighborhood yoga studios.

Pros

  • Master-level Pilates instruction
  • Specialized therapeutic services
  • Comprehensive postural assessments
  • Clinical injury rehabilitation focus

Cons

  • Premium session pricing

5. Atman Healing Center | Holistic Wellness

Website:https://www.atmanholisticwellness.com/energyhealing

Address: 19-21 Yen Ninh Alley Ba Dinh

Contact: +84 866 956 514 | [email protected]

Hours: No schedule information available

Atman Healing Center is more of a quiet sanctuary than a workout studio, which can be exactly what you need after a draining week in Hanoi. The focus is on therapeutic meditation, sound healing, and energetic practices rather than sweaty power flows.

I like that the center leans into deep rest instead of trying to be everything at once. Certified Usui Reiki practitioners and acoustic healing masters lead sessions in a calm, spacious environment.

The sound therapy sessions with singing bowls and gongs are especially suited for people who want to slow their thoughts and reset their nervous system.

That said, it will not be the right fit for everyone. If you want a vigorous class that builds cardio endurance or pushes physical intensity, this space will feel too restorative and low-impact.

Pros

  • Profound sound therapy sessions
  • Certified Reiki practitioners
  • Ultra-calming physical environment
  • Gentle and restorative practices

Cons

  • Lacks high-intensity workouts

Customer Reviews

The space is spacious, clean, and quiet

I’ve never posted a review on any page before, but I really love the yoga class here. The space is spacious, clean, and quiet. The instructor focuses on guiding the movements and breathing, and there’s a variety of classes. Not suitable for those who like to pose for photos for social media, though. Amazing.
