The 5 Best Dermatologists in Hanoi for All Your Skin Needs

Qualifications and Expertise: I checked the credentials and active clinical experience of the doctors on staff. I prioritized teams that handle both deep skin diseases and cosmetic adjustments.

Range of Treatments: A good facility should offer a wide spectrum of care pathways. I looked for places providing everything from basic acne extractions to advanced laser therapy.

Pricing and Transparency: Clear financial expectations help you avoid surprise bills after a session. I highlighted clinics that openly share their consultation fees and offer flexible payment options.

Clinic Environment: Cleanliness and hygiene are non-negotiable for safe skin care. I verified that these spaces use proper sterilization methods to keep you comfortable during visits.

Reputation and Feedback: Real patient experiences tell you what a clinic is actually like. I reviewed clinical track records to confirm these doctors consistently deliver reliable results.

Dealing with sudden breakouts or sensitive skin reactions can feel incredibly frustrating. You want clear answers, not just another jar of expensive facial cream.

Website: mdmedical.vn

Address: 64/7 Lê Trọng Tấn, Phường Phương Liệt

Contact: 024 35 668 168 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

MDMedical focuses on building structural skin balance by blending topical procedures with internal health strategies. You can sit down directly with Dr. Quang, the lead dermatologist, to discuss how your diet and stress levels trigger breakouts.

I spoke with a friend who visited them for severe acne, and she loved how they customized a twelve-step routine for her sensitive skin. It’s also easy to trust them since they’ve guided thousands of patients using these meticulous, multi-step frameworks.

They also make their own in-house collagen care products and run a second branch in Ecopark for added convenience.

On the downside, you should prepare for lengthy appointments here, since expert consultations easily stretch to two full hours.

That heavy time commitment makes it tough to squeeze a session into a busy weekday, and they close early at 6:00 PM on Saturdays.

Pros

  • Meticulous twelve-step treatment frameworks
  • Four phone hotlines for easy booking
  • Advanced in-house collagen care products
  • Second branch available in Ecopark

Cons

  • Lengthy consultations
  • Early 6:00 PM closing on Saturdays

Amazing service for infections and skin tags

Amazing service and value! I had a nasty infection on one of my toes that had swollen to the size of an acorn with blood and pus. Dr Quang and his assistants prepped the area with the highest level of sanitation and drained it with virtually no pain. Afterwards, they used the CO2 laser to remove some unsightly skin tags that had developed in the armpit areas. They constantly assured my comfort the entire time and performed at the highest level of kindness, skill and professionalism. I will definitely return here for a 1 week checkup and again after that if I need more dermatology services!

Address: Số 81 Trung Kính, Trung Hòa, Cầu Giấy

Contact: 0988 540 002

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

S Beauty takes the initial stress out of seeking help by offering completely free professional skin examinations. They run a strict zero-pressure environment, so staff will never push you to buy expensive packages.

They also use intensive ultraviolet (UV) light sterilization in all rooms for a safe medical environment.

On top of that, every product they use follows strict Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) standards to protect your skin barrier.

I also love that this place truly respects your budget. They even offer flexible installment payment plans for those on a really tight budget.

Just plan your visits carefully, since they close early at 5:00 PM on weekends, which limits your options if you work standard corporate hours.

Some of their most advanced procedures are also only available at their main Hanoi centers.

Pros

  • Flexible multi-installment payment plans
  • Generous promotional discounts for students
  • Proactive post-care recovery tracking
  • Rigorous fourteen-step dark spot protocols

Cons

  • Early weekend closing times
  • Some treatments limited by location

Address: Số 11 Hoàng Cầu, Đống Đa

Contact: 1800 4888 | [email protected]

Hours: Available 24/7

Maia&Maia uses advanced Maitrix Acne technology to clear up stubborn inflammation safely. Their seasoned medical specialists bring over 15 years of experience to tackle both complex skin diseases and cosmetic requests.

I visited their clinic last year for a persistent rash, and the senior doctor mapped out a clear recovery plan in minutes. They hold strong authority in the local medical community and frequently consult for major television networks.

You also get round-the-clock support here, since they run an active 24/7 telephone line for incoming concerns, plus easy booking through Zalo and Messenger.

On the downside, it’s hard to gauge community consensus before booking, since they keep their digital pages clear of direct patient feedback. You have to book a private consultation to see whether their approach fits your skin.

Pros

  • Around-the-clock telephone support line
  • Extra branch located in Bắc Ninh
  • Fully accredited by the Department of Health
  • Direct booking via Zalo and Messenger

Cons

  • Little open public patient feedback

Cheap consultation and fluent English

Highly recommend this dermatologist! Each of the staff members were friendly and spoke fluent English. The Dr was amazing and answered all my questions. A consultation cost 150,000 VND, much cheaper compared to many other clinics and hospitals in Hanoi that cost around 2.5 million VND.

Address: 136 Triệu Việt Vương, Phường Cửa Nam

Contact: 024 3375 5588 | [email protected]

Hours: Daily, 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Rohto Aohal Clinic brings strict Japanese medical standards straight into its local treatment protocols. They focus heavily on resolving complex hyperpigmentation issues like melasma and stubborn dark spots.

They’re early adopters of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Sofwave machines for skin tightening.

This system is a great non-surgical alternative if you’re also researching high-intensity focused ultrasound, commonly known as HIFU, for facial lifting.

They pair these high-tech sessions with proprietary Japanese skincare lines built to lock in moisture. They also offer access to advanced radiofrequency microneedling.

Just know that treating deep pigmentation here takes real dedication, since you usually need to commit to five or six separate sessions before seeing a major transformation.

Their single central location also means outer-district patients face long commutes.

Pros

  • Open seven days a week
  • Large team of dermatology professionals
  • Advanced radiofrequency microneedling
  • Easy digital feedback forms on the website

Cons

  • Requires five or six sessions
  • Long commute for suburban patients

Saw results right after treatment

Great hospital with knowledgeable dermatologist. I had hyaluronic acid injection, botox and vitamin C treatment here and saw a result right after treatment. The doctor also gave me after care instruction and prescription medicine for my skin concern, which is really helpful. I am glad that I found ROHTO clinic in Hanoi during my Vietnam trip.

Positive experience with laser hair removal

Definitely recommend the clinic for laser hair removal! I have been visiting the clinic for laser hair removal and overall my experience has been very positive. After the first session, I could see the hair growing thinner and in less quantity. So far, I’ve had 5 sessions and can totally notice a big difference. Additionally, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and the laser technician is always explaining what she is doing, which I really appreciate. You can also get a free appointment with the dermatologist where she answers any questions and provides suggestions.

Address: 79B Nguyễn Khuyến, P. Văn Miếu Quốc Tử Giám

Contact: 090 347 9619 | 1900 8186

The facility even mixes its own proprietary topical skincare formulas on-site for visiting patients. They pair intense pulsed light (IPL) modules with traditional holistic methods to speed up skin recovery.

With eleven specialized departments and a large state workforce, they also offer convenient online registration and diagnostic portals.

That said, because it’s a major public hub, you will run into heavy foot traffic on most days. Walk-in patients also often face long waits in the lobby.

Plus, you have to navigate their split weekend schedule, since they halt clinical operations during the middle of the day on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pros

  • Eleven structured specialized departments
  • Extensive modern fractional laser setup
  • Large state workforce of medical staff
  • Convenient online registration portals

Cons

  • Mid-day operational closures on weekends
  • Long wait times during peak hours

Fast and cheap service for foreigners

It is really easy for a foreigner to see a dermatologist there, fast and cheap. Paid 150,000 for the consultation and 60,000 for the testing in the laboratory. In 2 hours, everything was done.
