Finding a rental space that fits both a quick stay and a multi-month transition is tough, but iRest Apartment solves that issue completely.
They feature highly flexible stay setups with affordable nightly options alongside monthly studio layouts starting at $500. This gives you excellent choices across key neighborhoods like Tay Ho and Dong Da.
Every unit features a private balcony and a fully functional kitchen with a stove, which is perfect if you plan on doing your own cooking.
Plus, you get free access to self-service washing and drying machines on the terrace.
A close colleague of mine stayed at their Dong Da location recently and loved having a real living area.
The downside is that they don’t share web-based info regarding physical building logistics, elevator capacity, or on-site gyms.
You also have to contact them directly to clear up which utilities are included in the base rent.
Nice and cheap apartment. Wifi and laundry service included. Clean room every day. Comfortable. Lift inside and parking for motorbike. Only the reception area needs improvement. Sam helps you with every need. Always polite and helpful

If you want to skip traditional hotel setups and experience a premium lifestyle, The Galaxy Home Hotel & Apartment delivers a great hybrid experience.
They offer massive spaces ranging from 40 to 60 square meters that function like a complete home, outfitted with top-tier global appliance brands like Kohler and Electrolux.
The properties sit in strategic business zones like Cau Giay and central Ba Dinh, making them highly convenient for corporate travelers.
These units are excellent short-term rental options for anyone who wants a separate workstation and a large kitchen layout.
On top of that, their local staff is trained by five-star hospitality professionals and provides helpful round-the-clock assistance.
However, the building inventory is very limited, with their Cau Giay location holding just 22 apartments across eight stories. This means spaces fill up quickly.
On top of that, the upfront premium pricing runs about 30% higher than standard local hotel rooms, which might pinch your wallet if you are on a strict budget.
Clean, enough space , laundry machines( not noisy one!l and friendly kind services.
There are many restaurants and cafe around and big park alovated near the hotel. (Causai park)
We were very lucky because we could stay discounted affordable price.

I stayed 3 months here in an one bedroom one living room appartment since the opening of this property and was very happy with the place and service. The appartment is spacious and well designed. If you raise any concern – Mrs. Lan always responds quickly. She makes us feel like having a home away from home, especially during the lockdown period. I am for sure will return here when I am in Hanoi.

Tucking yourself away from the intense traffic noises of the city is a massive win, and Hanoi Bliss Ba Dinh provides exactly that hidden sanctuary.
Located down a quiet residential alley in the Ba Dinh district, these spacious serviced apartments start at 35 square meters and include independent living features like private entrances and in-room washing machines.
I actually stayed here for a weekend while visiting family and loved being a quick five-minute stroll from the Lotte Observation Deck. You also get a fantastic food scene right outside your doorstep with incredible local and international restaurants nearby.
The main drawback is that the location sits roughly four to five kilometers away from the historic Old Quarter tourist center, requiring a quick taxi ride.
Also, the property operates entirely on a self-service model without a traditional front desk. You will receive digital access codes before arrival instead of meeting face-to-face staff.
After a month of traveling the country, Hanoi Bliss was our favorite stay. The apartment and facilities are stunning, and the cleanliness is 10/10. The hosts are incredibly helpful and always available. Highly recommended!

Living in the beautiful French Quarter gives you a peaceful retreat that stays remarkably close to iconic landmarks like Hoan Kiem Lake.
Aritex Apartments offer massive residential layouts that range from a 50-square-meter studio up to expansive 100-square-meter two-bedroom flats, featuring premium interior designs and private bathtubs.
Every unit is also built for total independence, offering an in-unit washer and dryer alongside a fully equipped kitchenette.
Plus, the monthly rent conveniently covers weekly housekeeping, water, and unlimited high-speed internet without any extra agent fees.
Since the units come fully furnished, you will not have to worry about coordinating independent furniture delivery when you move into the city.
But keep in mind that the building completely lacks private on-site parking, so you must find public street parking for scooters or cars.
On top of that, the rooms are not customized for wheelchair accessibility, and the property enforces a strict no-pets and non-smoking policy.
I’ve only been in this apartment for a week and I’m very satisfied. The rooms are very clean, fully equipped, the price is reasonable, and the view is beautiful. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

5. Mayfair Apartments Hà Nội

Website: http://www.mayfair-hanoi.com/en/
Address: 34B Tran Phu Street, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam

Mayfair Apartments Hà Nội features massive split-level duplexes starting at 175 square meters and triplex penthouses that reach up to 300 square meters.
You get a rare amount of layout control, allowing you to choose between open or closed kitchens and pick specific oven types.
The property is also heavily soundproofed with double-glazed windows and features powerful backup generators to protect against local power outages.
The major catch is that this distinguished period building completely lacks small or budget-friendly unit types like studios. It’s designed specifically for large groups, executives, or families, making it a tough match for single digital nomads.
Also, because it preserves an elegant historic architecture, it does not feature the ultra-modern skyscraper aesthetic or smart-home tech systems found in brand-new high-rises.
Spacious 3 bedroom unit is clean, quiet and very comfortable. Few minor problems re; light bulbs and wifi when we moved in. Staff rectified problem within minutes. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend staying at this complex 👍
