Customer Reviews:
I’m very satisfied with my new look.
Everyone should try Huy’s haircut here! I’m also a newcomer to the profession, and I’ve traveled far and wide to find a barber who understands my vision. Since coming here and having him cut my hair exactly as I envisioned, I’m very satisfied with my new look. Everyone should give it a try, and I wish Huy success in his work!

I still go to Huy’s twice a month for a haircut.
I’ve seen people criticize it, but try Huy’s haircut first, don’t judge too quickly. The fade is sharp, and the top is styled and blow-dried well. My house is 16km away from the salon, but I still go to Huy’s twice a month for a haircut. 100₫ (Vietnamese Dong) is not enough, but…

2. MANHUB – Barber Shop & Coffee

Website:https://barber.manhub.vn/
Address: 23 Ngo Van So Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
Contact: (+84) 32 668 8818
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Professionals rushing between meetings often need a place to unwind while getting groomed. MANHUB merges a high-end grooming lounge with a specialty coffee bar for a seamless lifestyle experience.
They exclusively use premium global products like Reuzel to ensure your hair stays healthy and sharply styled all day long.
The dimly lit interior mimics a private gentlemen’s club to offer an exclusive retreat from the city noise. If you usually visit massage therapists to relax, you will highly appreciate the superior waiting experience here with craft beverages.
However, the combined lounge amenities make their baseline cost noticeably more expensive for a simple trim.
Still, many clients consider the added comfort and atmosphere worth it, especially for longer grooming sessions or regular maintenance visits. The overall concept focuses on blending personal care, relaxation, and productivity into a single refined space.
Customer Reviews:
I will definitely come back.
Such genuine good service. They perfected my hair more than just cut it. Washed my hair twice and beard trim. Such great value for money. Shoutout to Hieu, great barber and stylist. The coffee is excellent too. I will definitely come back.

Walked out as a new, confident, and sophisticated.
Long was my barber who gave me a trim and a hot towel shave. Clean, systematic and professional experience, with pampering the customer as the goal. Walked in with a tired look from Ninh Binh, walked out as a new, confident, sophisticated new face/head.

3. Dani Barber Shop Hanoi

Website:https://barbershophanoi.com/
Address: 45/99 Le Hong Phong, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
Contact: (+84) 345.963.336 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Language barriers can make explaining your desired hairstyle incredibly stressful for expats. Fortunately, Dani Barber Shop Hanoi specializes in European and American techniques to effectively handle the specific textures of foreign hair. And, their fluent English-speaking staff completely removes the communication hurdles common in local Vietnamese shops.
Located on a historic street in the Old Quarter, the space seamlessly blends modern grooming with nostalgic local heritage. The shop provides a friendly and calming environment that feels almost as restorative as an afternoon session of Reiki.
The main downside is their late morning opening schedule, which makes it difficult for corporate workers to secure a quick cut before the standard workday begins.
Customer Reviews:
It is worth recommending to everyone.
nice men’s haircut in old quarter
I went on a business trip to Hanoi and accidentally came across Dani Barber Shop. Many locals and tourists come here. The shop is clean and located right next to an alley. Just walk in. The prices are reasonable. The barbers are cheerful and cut hair meticulously and carefully. It is worth recommending to everyone looking for a quality barber shop in Hanoi.

Highly, highly recommended.
An excellent haircut! I really wish men’s barbers in the UK put this much time and effort into haircuts. The service was excellent. They tried very hard to understand exactly what I wanted and put lots of time and effort into ensuring it was as good as possible. It is probably the best haircut I’ve ever had. Highly, highly recommend. The price is extremely reasonable too.

4. Tim Barber Shop

Website:http://timbarbershop.com/
Address: 1C Trung Liet, Dong Da District, Hanoi
Contact: 0962 936 111 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Tuesday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Some guys prefer a deeply traditional approach to their personal upkeep instead of chasing modern trends. Tim Barber Shop dedicates itself to old-school barbering culture by emphasizing vintage aesthetics and precise hand techniques.
They’re also locally recognized for custom hair tattoos to give you a highly personalized look.
They offer a structured loyalty membership program that provides excellent long-term discounts for frequent visitors. Their experienced barbers provide relaxing scalp therapy alongside very affordable, quality services for students and permanent residents.
That said, one significant limitation is their early Monday closure at 5:00 PM, meaning you cannot grab a post-work trim at the start of the busy week, unfortunately.

5. House of Barbaard – Bar, Barbershop & Boutique

Website:https://barbaard.com/
Address: 8th Floor, Office East – 175 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Cat Linh Ward, O Cho Dua District, Hanoi
Contact: 1800 2280 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Seeking out premium opulence transforms a basic styling chore into a truly memorable event. House of Barbaard operates as an upscale gentlemen’s club featuring a dedicated grooming space alongside a professional cocktail bar.
They focus on traditional grooming rituals using proprietary natural products formulated specifically for the humid local climate.
The interior features rich leathers and dark woods to create an exceptionally luxurious ambiance for every single guest. You can easily enjoy fine spirits from their integrated bar during or after your scheduled treatment.
However, this high-end environment comes with an ultra-premium price point that’s significantly more expensive than standard providers in the capital city overall, especially for casual visits. This positioning makes it more suited for special occasions or clients who prioritize atmosphere over budget considerations.
Customer Reviews:
I did not leave disappointed.
Excellent. English speakers. Incredible service. Very worth. Credit to Chester (English name), exceptional attention to detail. Far more knowledgeable than any Australian barber, and very trustworthy. I wasn’t sure what I’d get in Vietnam so I came to the top rated place and I did not leave disappointed. The price is unreal too. $40 AUD. My far less impressive Australian barber costs $60 for not even a quarter of the service. A must try.

I left feeling excellent.
Came here for a haircut and beard trim three weeks ago, got a cut from the alchemist.
Was given an old fashioned upon arrival and what was about a 1.5 hour hair cut with about 5 hot towels and a cold towel. I got a fade and beard trim, left feeling excellent. The barber took the time to ask a lot of questions about the hair cut to make sure we were on the same page, as it can be difficult if you’re not a regular. Also they had brownies.
