My boyfriend & I stopped in here to try the legendary Chef Rang’s yummy cooking. We ordered the Classic Poutine & Chef Rang’s chicken wings. Both were soooo good! The poutine’s gravy had a rich flavor, along with melty cheese (I miss cheese when visiting Vietnam), & crispy fries – what more could you ask for? & the wings were my favorite, so crispy & flavorful. Just popped into the New Shed at Saigon. As a former regular customer at the Shed Shanghai, I am so happy to see this amazing The Shed in Saigon!
