1. eSpace Coworking

espace-coworking

eSpace Coworking sits right in the heart of the city, just a two-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. It offers an incredible central business address and a beautiful workspace packed with greenery.

I tried working from their hot desk last month and loved the collaborative community vibe. You get great perks like free tea and helpful on-site staff.

That said, the physical layout has a couple of annoying bottlenecks, including a confusing motorbike parking setup outside. Visitors must also go through strict ground-floor security just to reach the third floor.

Also, unless you buy a full membership with round-the-clock access, you can’t use the space on weekends. This limit makes it tough for casual drop-ins who work odd hours.

Pros

  • Prime downtown location
  • Spacious floor plan
  • Fast internet speeds
  • Full pantry amenities

Cons

  • Confusing motorbike parking
  • Limited weekend access for drop-ins

This is the best and closest coworking space

When we arrived in Hanoi, we wanted to live close to the french quarter. This is the best and closest coworking space there.

We visited it daily for almost 2 weeks and have had good experiences with them.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The only watchout I have for this coworking space is that they shut sharp at 8:00 pm everyday. So for people who want to work (for US / Canada / Europe) time it might be less useful .

The Internet was a bit flaky on and off when you use Google Hangout but not concerning.

2. UP Coworking Space

  • Website: https://up-gen.com/
  • Address: Level 6-8, 1 Luong Yen, Hai Ba Trung District
  • Contact: +84 247 308 06 68
  • Hours: Available 24/7

If you run a startup, UP Coworking Space provides a complete growth platform with tailored business tools instead of just basic desks. The colorful design keeps your team inspired, and the Luong Yen branch even features a creative makerspace.

This is one of the most dynamic coworking spaces for teams looking to scale up quickly. You’ll also get true round-the-clock access, which is great if you work with global clients.

However, this setup isn’t built for casual freelancers. They don’t offer day passes, so you’ve got to sign a multi-month contract with an upfront deposit.

Also, tasks like printing cost extra, and motorbike parking is an out-of-pocket expense. These small fees can add up quickly over time.

Pros

  • True 24/7 access
  • Vibrant networking events
  • Unique creative makerspace
  • Plentiful natural light

Cons

  • Extra fees for tasks like printing, as well as parking
  • Long-term contract commitment

Super chill place to work

Wow, UP Coworking at Hanoi Creative City is a super chill place to work! The space is spacious, creatively decorated, and has many interesting corners to sit and enjoy a coffee or focus on your work. The internet connection is also quite stable, not at all choppy. The only downside is that it gets a bit crowded during peak hours, but on the bright side, everyone here is incredibly friendly. Overall, it’s definitely worth a try if you need a change of scenery!

3. Spaces Belvedere

spaces-belvedere

This Art Deco tower sits right in the Hoan Kiem French Quarter, making client commutes super easy. Spaces Belvedere offers ten full floors of flexible office setups with business-grade internet and excellent climate control.

A friend of mine rents a private office here and says the natural light is so good for staying energized. You’ll also get direct access to great local restaurants right outside the front door for lunch breaks.

That said, before going here, know that the busy downtown location means rush hour traffic gets absolutely terrible. Finding car parking around the building is also a major logistical bottleneck for visitors.

Plus, booking a medium meeting room can cost over 6.2 million VND for a single day. This premium price tag can really hurt smaller startup budgets.

Pros

  • Excellent transit access
  • Large ten-floor capacity
  • Cool Art Deco design
  • Great surrounding restaurants

Cons

  • Limited car parking space
  • Expensive meeting room rates

Amazing amenities

The best coworking space I’ve ever been to! The services and people, especially the staff here are amazing, they’re really helpful ♥️ The place is beautifully decorated, with amazing amenities. What i also love about this place is how they care about the well-being of all customers here. On special occasions, they would have fun events, which created opportunities for everyone to connect! Definitely recommend!

4. COGO Coworking Space

cogo-coworking-space

COGO Coworking Space covers nearly 3,500 square meters across two spacious floors in the Viet Tower. They offer full round-the-clock access with zero after-hours utility fees, allowing you to work on your own schedule.

The community holds a diverse mix of members, ranging from tech startups to local construction companies looking for professional space.

You’ll also get built-in business support like legal consulting and accounting help bundled into your membership.

There are some drawbacks, though. For one, the office lacks an on-site cafe, so you’ve got to head out into heavy traffic to buy hot meals.

You’ll also have to pay the building’s standard basement parking fees, which adds to your monthly expenses. Also, booking physical meeting rooms requires extra out-of-pocket costs.

Pros

  • Massive operational capacity
  • Dedicated quiet nap rooms
  • Straightforward central commuting
  • Zero late-night utility fees

Cons

  • Extra fees for meeting rooms and basement parking
  • No on-site cafe

Always ready to assist when needed

I recently had the opportunity to experience COGO Coworking Space and was very satisfied with the space. The workspaces are spacious, with good natural light, creating a comfortable and creative environment. What impressed me most was the dedication of the staff; they were always ready to assist when needed. However, during peak hours, it’s a bit difficult to find a quiet spot. The price is reasonable considering the amenities and services. Overall, I think this is a good option for those who need a shared workspace in Hanoi.

5. CEO SUITE

ceo-suite
  • Website: https://ceosuite.vn/
  • Address: Lotte Center Hanoi, 29th Floor, East Tower, 54 Lieu Giai Street, Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh District
  • Contact: +84 243 267 3999; [email protected]
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Located on the 29th floor of the iconic Lotte Center, CEO SUITE gives your business an instantly prestigious professional image.

The on-site infrastructure is top-tier, featuring advanced server rackspace and smart door locks for extra security. Plus, the building offers a massive parking garage with over 1,000 spaces for easy commuting.

They also provide luxury furniture and panoramic city views. You’ll get full corporate support, too, including company registration and legal help.

Of course, this premium luxury experience comes with a very steep price tag that easily freezes out bootstrapped freelancers.

Getting to your desk is also quite slow because visitors must pass through strict ground-floor security checks. Add to that having to wait for busy high-rise elevators during peak hours, which can add extra stress to your morning.

Pros

  • Over 1,000 parking spaces
  • Quick airport access
  • Advanced server rackspace
  • Useful switchboard services

Cons

  • Strict security checks
  • Slow high-rise elevators
  • Strict front-desk security gate
