Urgent Laundry
Couldn’t rate them more! I needed urgent laundry (wash, dry and fold) with a turn around time of 4 hours after getting in late to Hanoi. They picked my bag up from the hotel at 7.30pm, returning it to my hotel just before 11pm smelling beautiful and perfectly clean. I even had a white T-shirt with sunblock stains on which they managed to get out! Price was so, so reasonable. I’ll be using them again!

Asked for premium service, but apparently they have only 1 option to clean @ 38k dong per kg. Didn’t check for ironing

Fantastic and speedy communication. Did laundry (whites & colours) and the clothes came out great (and smelled good). They air dry/machine dry based on the fabric type. Rectified the False Crease
Friendly, English-speaking manager who makes the process quick and no stress. The building itself isn’t too nice, but after using the service several times I have little concern.
The last item I sent for dry cleaning was an expensive suit jacket with a false crease along the lapel taper from improper storage. Without mentioning it, they rectified the false crease and even foil-wrapped my buttons in case they are dipped/coated.

Amazing service. They replied really quickly after I messaged them and were super helpfull. They came to pick up our laundry and we got it delivered back the next day completely clean and nicely folded. As some of our clothes cannot do in the drying machine, we requested whether they also do air dry, which was possible. Even with the air dry, everything was clean, dry and delivered within 24 hours.
